  • Suspend or discontinue services where clinically appropriate

This may occur where risk factors exceed Eunity’s service scope. Consistent with Eunity’s screening criteria, individuals with acute risk, active suicidality, severe psychosis, or needs requiring higher-intensity intervention may be referred to more appropriate services.

6. Appointments and Telehealth Services

Where appointments are booked through the Website:

  • Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments.
  • Telehealth services require a suitable internet connection and device.
  • Eunity is not responsible for technical interruptions outside of its control.
