- Redirect clients to more appropriate services
- Suspend or discontinue services where clinically appropriate
This may occur where risk factors exceed Eunity’s service scope. Consistent with Eunity’s screening criteria, individuals with acute risk, active suicidality, severe psychosis, or needs requiring higher-intensity intervention may be referred to more appropriate services.
6. Appointments and Telehealth Services
Where appointments are booked through the Website:
- Clients must provide accurate information.
- Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments.
- Telehealth services require a suitable internet connection and device.
- Eunity is not responsible for technical interruptions outside of its control.
Appointment cancellation policies may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Where Eunity holds Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status:
